Mrs. Ochoa was absolutely fantastic! From day one she worked well in the middle of very tense environment. She was organized, calm, collected, accessible at any time. During the process of putting the house up for sake, the house went on market and 2 days later she had 5 couples ready to see the house. By day 5 she had our house under contract. The house should have closed until the 29th of March and instead we were able to close out the house an entire two weens early! It was a blessing. She not only helped with paperwork and ease of sale but she even went as far as helping me clean up the home and prepare it to turn in to our buyers. I cannot say it enough: she is amazing. She has a heart in the interest of the people and went 1000x farther than anyone I'd seen before. I highly recommend her and would gladly work with her again.
